Personalised 1-1 yoga sessions are an ideal way to have a tailored practice just for you based on your health, body type and lifestyle.
It can be a perfect way to address and to manage any physical or mental health conditions which concern you. In the current climate Yoga can be immensely helpful to manage associated Stress, Anxiety and feelings of overwhelm.
These sessions will include mindful movement along with a variety of breathing techniques, postures and meditation to suit your personal needs.
These sessions are held in my home studio or at your home or place or work
These sessions can now either be held online via ZOOM or SKYPE or in-person if you prefer (with physical distancing in place)

How long are the classes?
Personalised sessions are normally 60 minutes but can be longer if you require.
How many sessions will I need?
If a one off session is all you require then I am happy to offer this but it is ideal to book a course of 3 or 6 sessions initially for maximum benefit.
I can offer bi-weekly, weekly or fortnightly appointments to suit you.
Will I need anything?
A quiet clear space in your house large enough for your mat or a large towel to practice on. Sessions can either be held online via zoom or in the comfort of your own home.
It might be helpful to have some props if you have any but if not....dont worry. Pillows, a large book and a tie or dressing gown cord make a great alternatives.
