Join Sandi throughout August and September in this beautiful airy and bright location. Coming from a therapeutic approach, Gentle & Restorative Yoga is aimed at calming the nervous system and bringing your body, mind and emotions back to balance.
These practices support your immunity and evoke your body's innate relaxation response.
Each class will take you on a journey through gentle yoga postures with simple breathing & mindfulness practices, then we take time to relax in supported restorative postures for meditation & relaxation offering a sense of space, mobility and renewed energy.

I appreciate that Yoga can be quite expensive for many people so I am offering this class as a way that Yoga can be accessible to everyone as I feel that no-one should be excluded from the wonderful benefits of yoga.
Monday night session will be a pay what you can afford session.
No questions asked just turn up and pop your money in the pot or contact me beforehand to buy a 5 or 10 week passport.
New beginners and returners are welcome to join me for this lovely gentle yoga class aimed at introducing your to the basics of yoga. A fusion of hatha and gentle flow style yoga, be prepared to be nurtured as we head through a series of simple postures, breathing techniques and relaxation practices to soothe your nervous system and helping to find space and mobility within your body.
