Mondays Online Classes

Morning Yoga - Wake Up and Flow

7.45 am

A  perfect way to start your day...45 minute gentle morning flow  designed to energise, balance and mobilise you for your day ahead. 

Breathing & Meditation

8.30am

Yogic breathing  works to bring  calm & clarity to your day, reducing stress & helping  to improve lung function.

Each day we explore a Yoga  Breathing Practice to   followed by a short guided meditation. 30 mins

Slow Flow Yoga

6.00pm

60 minute Gentle yoga  Flow

  This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility.


Tuesdays online classes

Morning Warriors - Wake Up and Flow

7.45am

A  perfect way to start your day...45 minute gentle morning flow  designed to energise, balance and mobilise you for your day ahead.

Warrior Flow - Bonus Lockdown Class

7.00pm

A slow steady flow focusing on stronger standing & balancing postures. Warrior postures offer us stability, grounding  and a sense of courage. Unleash your inner warrior as we journey through this mindful sequence to bring you back to a send of steadiness and balance.

Restorative & Healing Yoga

8.00pm

Indulge yourself in total relaxation & restoration.

Bring your pillows, duvet and cushions for this 60 minutes journey enjoying calming restorative postures followed by a guided meditation or Yoga Nidra.

Helping to guide you into a blissful nights sleep  this class is particularly suited to those struggling to sleep well, insomnia,  stress or anxiety or managing recovery from illness or injury. 


Fridays OnLINE CLASSES

HOW TO BOOK ONLINE CLASSES

Offering excellent value  Each Yogabons passport credit gives access to the whole weeks  online classes, giving you the opportunity to practice more during the week 

There are  regular morning, daytime  and   evenings classes 

 You can attend one or all with your single weekly  passport credit meaning that you could access all  online classes during the week for as little as £9.


Just drop me a message to say you would like access to the sessions.

Once you have confirmed you can just pop into any  class via zoom during the week. Classes will be recorded so you can have "on demand"access anytime during that week.


 Classes are suitable for everyone including absolute beginners
