Whilst we are just online each class credit gives access to the whole weeks  online class offerings.  There will be at least 3 regular evenings classes and possibly one additional bonus class throughout each week. You can attend one or all with your credit.

This class is suitable for all ages and abilities including absolute beginners

Get cosy and  gather up all your pillows, blankets and cushions for 60 minutes of  nourishing restorative gentle  yoga postures, breathing practices, guided meditation & yoga  nidra.




Helping to guide you into a blissful nights sleep  this class is particularly suited to those struggling to sleep well, insomnia,  stress or anxiety or managing recovery from illness or injury.

 

No previous yoga experience is required.
