Here at Yogabons everyone is accepted just as they are. All body shapes, sizes, histories and levels of fitness or mobility are welcome in our friendly community.
With a focus on mind-body wellness our practices include traditional yoga, mindful movement, breathing and meditation to help balance the stresses created by modern lifestyles.
Regular yoga practice boosts energy, improves flexibility and strength, activates the relaxation response, soothes the emotional body reducing anxiety stress and depression.
Yoga also helps to stimulate restful sleep and improve innate immunity.

Her classes are so very welcoming, she really makes each and every person feel special and really seems to tune in to what it is you need from your practice.
Her classes have become an integral part of my life helping me to feel balanced and less anxious which is not something I have felt for many years!
Even through lockdown I continued with Sandi's online classes and was amazed how well this worked and the fantastic sense of community that still prevailed.
