Friendly Community online Yoga, Meditation & Breath work
Hello lovely people,
I have been thinking a lot regarding this challenging period we are facing in the next few months in which we are having to self- isolate and keep ourselves safe at home if possible.
As social creatures this is going to be so difficult and it is going to be imperative and all important be able to move our bodies, get some exercise whether this is Yoga, walking or home exercise videos and have access to tools and strategies to help maintain you and your families physical and mental health wellness.
Slow and Mindful Yoga is a excellent way to keep our bodies moving, to calm our minds and keep well and healthy .
As a experienced Teacher and Yoga Therapist I can also help you with breathing techniques & mindfulness practices to help improve lung health and capacity. This will also help to calm & nourish your nervous system reducing stress & anxiety and help to improve your immunity.
Unfortunately at this time we can't practice together in our regular community spaces as we for for the foreseeable future, therefore all our group classes will be held online via called Zoom which you can register for for free here.

Our mission is to provide yoga classes to every person in the community regardless of age, gender or ability who would like to share in this wonderful practice and we welcome you to join one of our friendly community classes at the Village Hall and in the beautiful and ambient Holy Trinity Church in Prestwood, Buckinghamshire.
During this challenging period of the Coronavirus crisis in which we are having to self- isolate all classes will be held online via Zoom.
I promise you it is easy peasy to use and you can either download the app on your smartphone or just go onto the Zoom website and register.
I will also be offering special offers on 1-1 personalised sessions and workshops which can also be accessed through the internet
There are numerous scientific studies which have proved that yoga enhances wellness in so many ways. Be prepared to feel improvements in your resilience, flexibility, stability, strength and balance within just a few weeks of practice.
