Yoga is an ancient form of discipline that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. We are now living in fast paced and often stressful world. Yoga offers you the chance to slow down, relax, bring your awareness inwards and to become mindful of your own body giving your the opportunity to take control and improve your own personal wellness.

 

Here at yogabons we offer a variety of classes and therapies to help you achieve your goals.

Be prepared to be challenged, yet nurtured as we journey through a series of linked movements with breath that aims to bring you to a place of balance, increased strength and mobility both physically and mentally. 


Our mission  is to provide yoga classes to every person in the community regardless of age, gender or ability who would like to share in this wonderful practice and  we welcome you to join one of our friendly community classes.
