Join Sandi from the comfort of your home on this beginners journey into yoga, dedicated to gently introduce you to the basics of yoga. Over the 5 weeks you will learn and explore 12 basic yoga poses and how to use safe alignment and transition and how to incorporate breathing techniques and the basics of meditation
Each 75 minute Module we will be exploring a different aspect of yoga. The course will include takeaway pdf's and videos for your own practice between weekly modules.
By the end of the course you will have learned a whole yoga sequence which you can practice at home.
