Pop on your pj's and gather up your duvets, pillows and blankets, eye masks, candles and anything else to make your practice as comfy and cosy as possible. Relax as I guide you through a series of very gentle yoga postures aimed at releasing tension and inducing deep relaxation ready for a good nights sleep.

Passport credits can be used for any online or studio class (mix and match)
Each online class will be added to the ever growing library of on-demand classes and these will also be available to you for & days following each class attended for you to practice at anytime that suits your schedule
I will also be including some extra "pop up" live sessions during autumn.
Instructions and zoom link for each session will be sent by email once booking is confirmed
It's pretty simple and straightforward
All online sessions will be held via zoom and the invitation link will be sent by email on the confirmation email when you book and pay for your session.
You can download the app on your phone or just register for free at https://zoom.us
Passport credits will give you access to the chosen "live" class and 7 days access to the library of recorded classes.
Just book any of the 'live' classes you would like to attend.
You can cancel bookings up to 24 hours beforehand.

Log in a few minutes before class starts, wait in the waiting room and the meeting will start at the scheduled time.
You will see me in my home studio on your screen and I will be able to see you if your video is on but feel free to have it off if you choose to.
The class schedule is subject to change but it will generally remain the same each month.
