 Personalised 1-1  yoga lessons are an ideal way to have a tailored practice just for you based on your health, body type and lifestyle 


One to one sessions are perfect for :

Beginners at the start of their yoga practice to help build confidence before attending group classes.

Individuals who would like  tailored yoga programme designed specifically for your needs

Yoga for Pregnancy, Birth and Post-Natal


What to expect from 1-1 Personalised Yoga Sessions 


You will  be guided through a  yoga practice which will be tailored especially for you.  It may include postures, breathing techniques, relaxation and meditation. If the session is online, we can record this practice for you to repeat on your own.
You will also be sent a PDF  of the practice for you to refer back to when you practice on your own. 
Your questions and feedback from your own practice will be the main focus of our ongoing 1:1 classes


What if i'm interested? If you would like to know more or book a personalised yoga therapy or   lesson you can simply message me via the link below.
We can schedule a phone call  for a initial consultation to  discuss your individual requirements  and then arrange a convenient appointment if you wish to go ahead.


How many sessions will I need?

Ideally  to book a course of 3 or 6 sessions initially for maximum benefit and progression.
I can offer bi-weekly, weekly or fortnightly appointments to suit you.

Sessions can either be held online via zoom or in the comfort of your own home.


Individual 75 min  Session £75

3 x 1 hour sessions £155  


6  x 1 hour sessions £275

After recovery from major back surgery  and on going  physical health conditions I was really keen to start moving again.   Sandi's 1-1 sessions provided a fantastic combination of toning and strengthening the muscles as well as stretching, alignment and balance with compassion and awareness and  of the restrictions I was experiencing.
