What to expect from 1-1 Personalised Yoga Sessions
You will be guided through a yoga practice which will be tailored especially for you. It may include postures, breathing techniques, relaxation and meditation. If the session is online, we can record this practice for you to repeat on your own.
You will also be sent a PDF of the practice for you to refer back to when you practice on your own.
Your questions and feedback from your own practice will be the main focus of our ongoing 1:1 classes

We can schedule a phone call for a initial consultation to discuss your individual requirements and then arrange a convenient appointment if you wish to go ahead.
How many sessions will I need?
Ideally to book a course of 3 or 6 sessions initially for maximum benefit and progression.
I can offer bi-weekly, weekly or fortnightly appointments to suit you.
Sessions can either be held online via zoom or in the comfort of your own home.

As a total beginner to yoga I decided to have a few private lessons before joining a class. I have absolutely loved learning with Sandi. It has been a absolute joy and I so look forward to our sessions each week.
I love that she explains everything so simply and clearly with a scientific reasoning behind why the practices are so effective. I have now booked a second course of lessons and looking forward to the continuing journey of yoga exploration
After recovery from major back surgery and on going physical health conditions I was really keen to start moving again. Sandi's 1-1 sessions provided a fantastic combination of toning and strengthening the muscles as well as stretching, alignment and balance with compassion and awareness and of the restrictions I was experiencing.
