Aiming to bring a sense of fun, joy and community spirit into each session Sandi hopes to inspire you to continue your practice of yoga and journey towards improved health and wellness.

DEEPLY RELAXING
Taking a therapeutic approach, this class is aimed at calming the nervous system and bringing your body mind and emotions back to balance.
These practices support your immunity and evoke your body's innate relaxation response.
Each class will take you on a journey of breathing, mindfulness and gentle and supported restorative postures for meditation & deep relaxation encouraging a sense of space, peace and renewed energy.

Be prepared to be challenged, yet nurtured as we journey through a gentle movement yoga sequence with breath.
This class builds on the traditional style of sun salutations and warrior poses to get energy flowing through the body at a steady pace helping to release stress and tension whilst building strength, resilience and flexibility.
SUITABLE FOR ALL LEVELS INCLUDING BEGINNERS

A blanket/towel can also be useful as a pillow or to protect sensitive knees/backs when on the floor.
Wear something comfortable to move in (leggings/joggers and t-shirt are ideal). No shoes required but have a warm top and socks for our relaxation at the end.
Aim not to eat anything heavy 1-2 hours before attending class.
Digestion and yoga do not bode well together.
Please arrive at least 5/10 minutes before class starts to get yourself settled and avoid disruption.

It is my passion to bring yoga to everybody in our community who would like to benefit from this wonderful practice. I am offering a concessionary reduced rate to anyone who would like to commit to a regular yoga practice but has been financially affected due to Covid or otherwise.
