Meet Sandi

I am a  500hr Certified Yoga Teacher and Minded Yoga Therapist. 

With 1000's of hours training and teaching under my belt 

I am the Eternal Yoga student. and have qualified in  massage many other holistic modalities  over the years


I am very excited to bring the Calm Clear Method® into the world in 2025 and hope that you are just as excited to walk this journey with me.  In a world of  chaos, uncertainity and lots of fake and AI programmes.  I have created this as a community based programme for women who want to connect and come back to themselves.

Not the 20 or 30 year old self but embracing this new chapter of life  with a sense of calm, clarity and inner vitality.


I personally have had many challenges over these transitional years and feel my experience and knowledge is imperative in supporting you on this forward journey and i feel immensely privileged in being able to do so.


My  own Yoga journey began back in 1992 when I was pregnant with my first born daughter. A regular yoga practice helped me to take care of my changing body and has offered the same support as my body has transitioned menopause, health conditions and surgery.


In 2010  during a particularly stressful and challenging time in my life in which I struggled with personal health challenges. Yoga came to my rescue and it  became an essential part of my journey back to holistic well-being. 


This lead me into  to a deep and explorative  relationship with Yoga and the history and philosophy behind the practices. My journey was ever evolving and in   2012 I undertook a foundation course in Yoga which then led on to me  qualifying as a Yoga Alliance Teacher  with  Camyoga in Cambridge age 43. It was proof that if you have a dream or a goal its always possible whatever your age or  circumstances.


I have lived and moved around a fair bit in this last 12 years and this comes with the lovely advantage of meeting lots of great new people and making friends, but starting anew can also have its challenge.

Which is why i have decided to start this online community with a vision that we can practice yoga and wellness together in a safe but also human connected space. There will be no pressure to do anything that doesn't serve you and I will always be available for support in your journey.


My hope and vision  is that I can encourage you   to try Yoga, breath practice, simple meditations and daily rituals  even if you are the person that might not normally come and join  regular classes.

  • Laxmi (200 hr) Teacher Training with Sally Parkes 
  • Yoga in Healthcare Alliance  Yoga 4 Health Programme. (40hrs) 
  • Transcendental Meditation Course in Rishikesh, India 
  •  Long Covid training (10hrs)with the Breathing Institute

 In this ever stressful and fast moving world it is so important that we take responsibility for our own wellbeing and  take time to self care and nourish ourselves in positive ways.

Yoga Therapy is a perfect way to work towards this as it not only affects the physical body but can have a dramatic effect on your mental  and spiritual well being.


If you have been thinking about joining  but still have reservations I am happy to discuss any questions or concerns  you may have.


My offerings although directed to Women in thier second spring  are open to all in the community and modifications can always be offered. There is no requirements to be flexible or to be a certain shape or have a particular level of fitness, I promise you.


If you prefer  I  also offer 1-1 yoga  sessions and therapy  online or   in person  by appointment.
