Meet Sandi

Founder of The Calm Clear Method® | Yoga Therapist | Midlife Mentor

Hi, I’m Sandi — a 500-hour Certified Yoga Teacher and Minded Yoga Therapist with over 1,000 hours of training and 30+ years of practice. I’ve spent the last decade weaving together science, somatics, and soul to support women in their second spring — that powerful, often-overlooked chapter after 50 where clarity deepens and vitality can truly return.

My Story

Yoga first entered my life in 1992 when I was pregnant with my daughter. It helped me care for my changing body, and over the years, it carried me through early menopause, breast surgery, autoimmune symptoms, and recovery from a serious leg fracture.

In 2010, during one of the most challenging times of my life, yoga became more than a practice — it became a lifeline. I went on to certify as a teacher at 43 and later as a yoga therapist. My path has never been linear, but it’s always been rich in meaning.

Why I Created The Calm Clear Method®

Launching in 2025, The Calm Clear Method® is my heart-offering to women aged 50 and beyond. It’s a gentle, science-backed framework that blends:

  • Yoga therapy & somatic movement
  • Breathwork & nervous system support
  • Simple daily rituals
  • Midlife mindset coaching
  • Seasonal rhythm & feminine energy restoration

This isn’t a quick fix. It’s a homecoming.

I created this for women who are done with trying to “get back” to who they used to be — and are ready to step forward into the truest version of themselves.

My Approach

I’ve moved house, changed careers, and rebuilt my life more than once. I know what it’s like to feel invisible, disconnected, or unsure of your place in the world. That’s why my spaces — whether in-person or online — are warm, inclusive, and real.

No pressure. No performance. Just practices that meet you where you are.

You don’t need to be flexible, spiritual, or already calm to begin.

You just need to begin. I’ll walk with you.

Qualifications & Experience

I’m a lifelong learner with specialist training in:

  • Diploma in Yoga Therapy (580 hrs) – Minded Institute
  • 200hr Camyoga + Foundation Training
  • Pre/postnatal, children’s yoga, sleep yoga, trauma-sensitive yoga
  • Yoga for Long COVID, burnout, and chronic fatigue
  • Transcendental Meditation – Rishikesh, India
  • Holistic massage, breath therapy, and complementary wellness studies
